The 15' X 20' building is in excellent condition on the original site. The load bearing brick masonry building has gable roof with slate roofing. The pedimented gable end faces the Street. The building has two-over-two sash windows, granite foundation, lintels and sills, with granite date stone in the tympanum. There is a single paned transom light over the front door. [2]

This building is Hebron's original Town Records Building, in original form on the original site and still holds historic records. The office area is situated in the front portion with the vault area towards its rear.
