This is a bungalow dating to 1875 and is important to the historic fabric of the neighborhood. The wooden frame building with asphalt shingle roofing is still occupied by the Ingram family.

The small lovely typical style cottage is significantly located on the historic street. The building is located adjacent to Bronson-Mason Mill property.
