This is a charming cape with wooden clapboard siding and asphalt shingle roofing. It was constructed in the 1950s and is an excellent and appealing example of the style.

This beautiful structure is typical of its style and era. It is sited at an anchoring location at the edge of the historic and the Land Trust areas.
